[01.01.00] - Martin C. Herberg describes himself as an "acoustic guitarist, composer, arranger, songwriter, singer, entertainer and sound-artist with an electro-acoustic program". Critics are less reserved. They call him a "1000- finger-orchestra", a " Paganini of the guitar" and "the Hendrix of the Spanish guitar".
Born in 1953, Herberg started his career in the Sixties as a member of various rock bands. In 1975 he went professional as a solo artist. Since then Herberg has played on stages all over Europe, Canada and the USA, averaging about a hundred gigs a year.
